Alonzo Stanley is a native of Nashville and graduate from Middle Tennessee State University who has had the pleasure of serving the mortgage financing needs of the middle Tennessee area for nearly 20 years. My focus has always been to help families better their position and that is why this RCS-D designation is so important to me. It is critical for families to be able to weather the storm of a divorce to be able to understand how to balance their credit and housing risks. My in depth experience in handling such matters and additional insight provided through this program can prove highly beneficial for those individuals who are having to make such difficult adjustments.
I have served as a mortgage lender with an emphasis on CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) for a significant part of my career. This has allowed me to work with extreme passion for those in which I serve and to have been able to make connections with a variety of community partners that can offer additional resources to those in need.
