Bryan managed the Fresno County Public Administrator’s Office, whose sole focus was to administrator estates through the California probate process. Bryan received certificated through the Public Administrator/Public Guardian/Public Conservator Association, which is the highest level of public administrator certification in the State of California. Overseeing more than 500 estates, Bryan supervised a team of sworn deputies who were responsible for handling estate affairs, which included financial management, estate disposal, and managing/selling commercial and residential properties.
