Bryan Ciapessoni has been involved in purchasing, sale and leasing of agriculture and residential property since 1981. After serving the community for over 30 years, Bryan has developed a reputation of being tenacious, superior performance and having an unmatched work ethic. Along with extensive experience of handling clients’ affairs through the California probate process, Bryan has shared his knowledge of the real estate industry as a licensed REALTOR© since 2016. Whether listing, selling, estate representation or working with a first-time buyer, Bryan is known for his quality of service and professionalism.

Raised within the Fresno County farming community, Bryan is deep rooted in the local agriculture industry. Bryan was a raisin farmer in the Kerman area for over 20 years, and has extensive experience in almond, vineyard, and row crop culture practices. Based on his longstanding experience in the local farming community, Bryan understands the challenges faced by farmers and ranchers in today’s market place. Bryan’s natural tie to local farmers and ranchers enables him to help his clients purchase and sell real estate today’s agriculture property market place.

Bryan managed the Fresno County Public Administrator’s Office, whose sole focus was to administrator estates through the California probate process. Bryan received certificated through the Public Administrator/Public Guardian/Public Conservator Association, which is the highest level of public administrator certification in the State of California. Overseeing more than 500 estates, Bryan supervised a team of sworn deputies who were responsible for handling estate affairs, which included financial management, estate disposal, and managing/selling commercial and residential properties. It is Bryan’s vast knowledge and experience in the California probate process and high ethical standards that makes his partnership with Iron Key Real Estate invaluable to seniors seeking assistance in today’s real estate market place.
