With one suitcase in hand Christian took a leap of faith, ended his professional ballroom dance career, and journeyed from his native country Austria to plant his feet and roots in Boston, MA. Originally, from a tiny village of 300 people, the former champion dancer knew how to be light on his feet and move with the beat. After six years of successfully managing and teaching at a Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Boston, and living through snow-filled New England winters, Christian longed for a warmer climate. He hung up his dance shoes and snow boots, moved to San Diego, and earned degrees in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
After years of helping real estate professionals utilize NLP techniques to improve their mindset, sales, and customer service experience, Christian saw the opportunity to employ his know-how by becoming a Realtor himself. He now utilizes his keen negotiation and NLP skills to ensure his clients gain the best terms and price in their real estate transactions while making the process a smooth and pleasant experience.
