My name is Curtis Schultz and I am proud to say I grew up in Lee’s Summit. I graduated from Lee’s Summit West High School in 2010 and then attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. I graduated from MU in 2014 with a degree in Marketing.
Upon graduating from MU I remained in Columbia, MO where I started my career in the real estate world and was fortunate to work side by side with investors. During this time, I had the opportunity to gain valuable experience including managing renovation projects, valuing residential property for investment purposes, and managing a rental portfolio of about 100 units.
In 2019, after five years of hands-on experience in Columbia, my wife and I and our baby boy Jakson moved back to our hometown of Lee’s Summit. I am so excited to be home where I can use my experience and passion to help friends and family through the home buying process!
