I have personally been involved in a wide range of real estate transactions – buying, selling and renting, as well as developing. I enjoy real estate for a variety of reasons. In addition to offering a comfortable place to relax and re-charge after a hectic day, home ownership also provides one of the best tax shelters/investments that is within reach of most people. I take pride in educating people about the numerous details of the biggest purchase most of them will ever make.
As an RCS-D, I take my 20+ years of real estate experience and combine it with my financial background – former Certified Public Accountant and Master in Business Administration from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania – and my significant exposure to the legal process – involved as a plaintiff in a series of lawsuits over a 13 year period of time – to help individuals involved with divorce to make an informed decision and protect their ability to purchase a house during a very stressful time.
