Denise Gifford brings proven success unmatched work ethic and customer service to every listing and every client. Denise is an RCS-D (Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce) because she is passionate about preserving home ownership eligibility and protect the credit scores of both divorcing spouses and to help them make well informed decisions. This stems from experience with her own personal divorce in 2011. She makes selling homes look easy, because to her, it isn’t about selling, it’s about coaching and reaching the best possible outcome for her clients. She’s an Oxford native, with two Miami University professors for parents, and a Marketing degree from the same university, and a colorful history of figure skating in the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2002 Olympics, and coaching for 18 years and 12 years of running her locally owned skating program which also happened to be named one of the Top 100 Things to Do in Cincinnati. When she isn’t selling the best priced homes in the area or coaching other agents. She also spends as much time hanging out with her two amazing and beautiful daughters, Allyssa and Kyra, as possible.
