Biography

Greater Chattanooga, TN and Northwest Georgia

Notes

I am a licensed Realtor in Tennessee and Georgia and co-founder of Tulip Partners.  Before entering real estate, I spent 17 years working within the court system as a social worker, helping individuals and families navigate difficult and often emotional circumstances.  That experience taught me how to listen, remain calm when emotions are high, communicate through difficult situations, and focus on finding a path forward.  Those are skills I continue to bring to real estate every day.

As an RCS-D (Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce), I help divorcing homeowners bring clarity to one of their largest shared assets—the home.  My role isn’t to take sides or assume the property should be sold.  It’s to help divorcing homeowners understand the real estate side of their options, whether that means determining if one spouse can realistically keep the home or if selling makes more sense for their future.

I believe the earlier we understand the real estate picture, the better.  I help divorcing homeowners gather and organize important property and real estate information that may be helpful to them and their attorney during the discovery and decision-making process.  I also work collaboratively with attorneys, lenders, financial professionals, and other members of the divorce team to help make sure important real estate questions are addressed before decisions become final and potentially difficult or costly to change.

Whether the home is ultimately kept or sold, my goal is the same: to provide clear information, honest real estate guidance, and a calm, neutral approach so the divorcing homeowners and the professionals advising them have the information they need to make informed decisions about what comes next.

I serve the Greater Chattanooga and Northwest Georgia areas through Tulip Partners, where my brother, James Tenerovich, and I have built our approach to real estate around one simple philosophy:

People first.  Always.
