Hello, I’m REALTOR® Joann Merenda, and I’m the Modesto Office Branch Manager for my team at eXp Realty of California.
I serve Modesto and the greater Stanislaus County area as a residential specialist for buyers and sellers. I’ve been helping buyers and sellers find their way home since 2018 throughout the Central Valley.
