Julie also works with divorcing couples, helping them navigate the complexities of financial restructuring during a challenging time. She provides tailored solutions, including reverse mortgages and other financing options, to support individuals in achieving stability and clarity as they transition into the next chapter of their lives.

Julie is highly focused on educating and assisting seniors with reverse mortgages, which can be especially beneficial for those going through a divorce.

Inspired by the positive impact a reverse mortgage had on her own parents, including maintaining their lifestyle and ability to travel, Julie is dedicated to helping seniors explore this option. She understands the challenges seniors face, such as financial uncertainty, health concerns, and long-term care needs, and aims to provide solutions with compassion and empathy. 

Julie knows that while everyone faces their own struggles in life, for seniors, financial well-being/lifestyle, health concerns, and long term care are the most common areas of uncertainty as they age. Julie wants seniors to know that they are not alone and there are options available to them.
