Kadesha Thomas is a highly experienced real estate agent who is renowned for her exuberant energy and innovative approach in a constantly evolving market. Born and raised New Yorker, her first experience with Real Estate was in 2004 when her parents sold a brownstone for $1 million. They had purchased the property years earlier for $265,000. It was her first lesson in picking the right location and cashing in on equity. After moving with family to Connecticut, Kadesha worked in sales in Greenwich, Darien and Westport.
She gained a true understanding of determination and tenacity when she had her spine rebuilt and had to learn to walk again. Never one to be satisfied with being average, not only did she walk again she became a long distance triathlete and a roller derby player after healing. She does not believe in accepting less and she works for her clients with the same mindset.
Her passion for every transaction is evident with her positive, solution oriented attitude while helping her clients. Real Estate – sales, negotiating and marketing for her clients is where you will see her excel at her highest level. She embraces all technology to ensure her clients homes are seen by the right buyers. Her Type A personality ensures that she delivers more than what is expected.
She offers nothing but world-class service to her clients, and her success can also be attributed to her education and accreditations. Kadesha has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Science. Now that both of her adult children are in college, she enjoys the energy her young terriers named Browny, Oreo and Snickers bring into the house. She is determined to teach them how to “speak” with pre programmed speech buttons.
