Kathryn “Kat” Timpson is a 22 year resident of Midtown-Direct towns in Suburban New Jersey. A native New Yorker, Kat has owned and renovated or upgraded five homes in Essex and Union Counties since her move to the area.
After years of invaluable homeownership expertise, Kat has been recruited to the Nations’s top brokerages to join the ranks of local real estate agents; she brings her personal experience to her transactions for buyers, sellers and investors. In 2020, Kat Co-Founded TLo Property Solutions, a team specifically designed for real estate investment opportunities and clients.
Prior to real estate, Kat worked in national and local media and public relations, marketing and media training. She uses her background to devise creative and strategic plans for enhancing business and incorporates the newest technology to advance the interests of our clients.
Kat is designated by the National Association of REALTORS® as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) and an At Home with Diversity(AHWD®) Specialist. She also earned designation as Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce™ (RCS-D™).
An awarded public speaker, Kat was a local and a regional leader in Toastmasters International. Kat is President 2021, and Founding Board Member of the North Central NJ Network of Women’s Council of Realtors®. She is the 2021 Vice-Chair for the New Jersey Association of REALTORS Communications Committee. She graduated from the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy, 2020.
