I recently served as Regional Manager and Vice President with Fifth Third Bank prior to retiring in 2021 after 25 years of service. I was responsible and accountable for sales and service productivity, operations and customer experience of a region consisting of 14 Financial Center and Bank Mart locations with over $750 million in deposits primarily in Butler, Northern Warren and Southern Montgomery Counties.
As a 30-year industry veteran, I also focused on leading Financial Center and Bank Mart locations to promote business growth through the development of deposits, assets, fee-based services and the development and retention of new and existing consumer and business customers.
As a professional and leader within the financial industry, I have been recognized and respected for my success and experience in sales management, coaching and development, enhanced team performance strategies, development of excellent customer rapport and problem resolution.
In early 2022, I decided to focus my financial industry experience in the mortgage space. I became a Mortgage Loan Originator working in the broker channel with Wholesale Lenders. As a huge proponent of customers and customer experience, the broker channel affords me the opportunity to provide the most help to customers with goals of home financing either through purchase or refinance.

I currently serve as an active member on the Board of AAA Ohio Auto Club. In addition, I am a passionate supporter of the local community. I am an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. I also volunteer my time and serve on several boards. My present volunteer activities are with Cincinnati United Soccer Club (Executive Board Member and Treasurer) and Lakota School District Finance Committee. His previous community involvement includes West Chester-Liberty Chamber (Board Member), Winton Woods HS Alumni Soccer Game (Co-Founder), Lakota School District Business Advisory Council, Junior Achievement of Butler County (Board Member), Dan Beard Council Boy Scouts of America Nominating Committee and Lakota Sports Organization (Volunteer Coach).
