Kristine was born and raised in Wisconsin until she graduated high school when her parents relocated to El Paso, Texas. There she met her future husband, married, and had two children. She spent the next 15 years as a military spouse in the U.S. Air Force stationed at various bases in the US and Naples, Italy. Upon her divorce, she moved back to Texas with her children to be with her family in Dallas. There she began her new life as a Physical Therapist Asst. primarily in the geriatric and home health settings. After 16 years in the industry, she felt it was time for a change. Still wanting to help people, she decided to get her real estate license. Kristine has been practicing real estate since 2015 at JP & Associates, REALTORS since then.
Going through divorce herself, and seeing many of her friends go through divorce, she saw a need to help those going through such a difficult and emotional time when having to sell their home. Through obtaining her RCS-D designation, she is now able to help gather the much needed information so that all parties can make well informed decisions about their largest asset – their house.
Kristine has assembled a team of professionals to aid her in the process of collecting information – from title, inspectors, mortgage, insurance and appraisers. These professionals all work together to gather essential information for the case files so that all parties are knowledgeable, well informed and can make the best decisions possible for themselves.
