Lance was born in the small lake town of Mountain Home in Northern Arkansas and graduated from the University of Arkansas (Go Hogs!). Lance comes from a long line of real estate professionals. His grandfather started his own brokerage in 1968 and his father took over in 1981. Lance also has 2 brothers who are top producing agents for Keller Williams Realty in Northwest Arkansas. He worked as a buyer’s agent in college while studying finance and engineering and was first licensed in real estate at the young age of 18. His energy, enthusiasm, and hard work combined with his extensive knowledge and background in the industry make him a viable asset to the Taylor Team. Lance briefly left the real estate industry to pursue his other passion of product development and LED lighting design. He traveled to Asia and worked with manufacturing partners and distributors to bring energy efficient lighting technology to the United States and other countries. Lance moved to the North Dallas area in 2009 to find a better life for his family, with two young daughters who always keep him busy when he’s not selling.

Lance feels that his place on the Taylor Team is to provide the highest level of service to all his clients, thus raising the bar in terms of service and positive experiences. “Great service in any industry is a challenge to find. My goal is to bring a concierge level of service to my clients in the North Dallas area.” Lance specializes in working with divorce couples, first-time home buyers and sellers, investors, and luxury buyers and sellers.

Outside of working, Lance spends time with his wife Christie and their two daughters and is passionate about playing music, including keyboard, guitar, and harmonica. He is also an avid snow skier, wake boarder, and scuba diver. In addition, Lance can be found playing ping pong, corn-hole, or finding new adventures to travel on. Lance enjoys being very involved in his church in McKinney.
