Licensed Realtor in 1999 & joined Express construction AZ a remodeling construction company for 10 years to broaden her knowledge home construction and rehabilitation projects, Being a business owner and finance director, I understand negotiation on a high level. Self-starter, Go the extra mile with every sales transaction and learned to handle high-stress customer service relations. Driven to satisfy my client’s needs and becoming a “house project manager” utilizing comprehensive sales and construction experience coupled with dedicated, personal service to ensure each of the clients understand the house risks for each situation. RCS-D designation ensures I get the documents necessary to make an informed decision in divorce. I understand divorce cases are special and I work on behalf of the house I show each client the comprehensive documents to make an informed decision to refinance to keep the home or to sell.
Whether it is a condo or a compound, Having attention to detail is paramount and transcends everything I do. My team of affiliates helps with each phase of the transaction.
