Most of my transactions are working with buyers and I pride myself at finding what they are looking for. When I work with sellers my expertise is helping them analyze the market to position their home to sell. Sometimes we have to go to nearby areas to find places in their price range and that is why I cover from Fernandina Beach to Palm Coast and now Marion County and The Villages and also the area around Disney including Davenport, Reunion, Champions Gate, Clermont and Kissimmee. Moving and finding a new home and area is stressful and I try to remove as much of that as possible.
My experience is 17 years as a Broker managing each transaction from start to finish for each of my customers.
The Executive Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School that I attended allows me to help my customers achieve the best terms possible.
The program at MIT’s Center for Real Estate was a valuable and inspiring program to attend in 2019. I also took MIT’s online six week challenging class to hone my skills even more,
For some a reverse mortage allows my buyers to purchase more home than they thought possible.
