As an RCS-D Project Manager, REALTOR®, I specialize in Divorce Real Estate transactions. My Divorce Team gathers house-related documents and information prior to the signing of a settlement agreement to help divorcing couples make an informed decision about the house and house debt. My end goal is to protect credit scores, preserve home ownership eligibility and, if the homeowners do decide to sell, I hope to be considered for the listing.

Known for her integrity, strong work ethic and positive attitude, Melisa has a passion for helping people find what they are looking for. Originally from Iowa, Melisa moved to Florida via Chicago in 1993 where she worked in the mortgage industry for 20 years. She also holds a degree in Paralegal Studies focusing on real estate law, family law, foreclosures and modification negotiations. This knowledge, coupled with her sincere desire to help others reach their goals provides Melisa with valuable skills she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the Davis Group’s listings. With a “people-first” approach to both real estate and life in general, Melisa makes it her priority to build long-lasting relationships both personally and professionally and is passionate about all of her clients.
