F I appreciate this opportunity to present to you and thank you for your interest.

I have been where you are.  In February 2020, I received my divorce. It took two weeks to realize that I did not have the value of an RCS-D behind me or my lawyer.  She was was excellent at law, but not at how gaps in title and condition, as well as insurance ownership and C.L.U.E’s would cost me.  All of which should have been examined BEFORE any negotiations happened.  My aim is to ensure this won’t happen to others.

As your realtor, I am committed to providing a high level of service through consistent and thorough support, prompt communication, and by maintaining a professional and friendly relationship throughout the transaction.  I am not a lawyer, but I have access to lawyers, accountants, mortgage lenders and insurance professionals should you need them.

Relationships and memberships with industry partners provides opportunities to promote your property through broker and open houses – I am President Elect of the Women’s Council of Realtors and will be President in 2021.

I make heavy use of social media and ‘high traffic’ websites to reach home shoppers.

All my listings have professional photos, I use virtual tours and if needed, drone photography to enhance the online listing. This creates a more realistic experience for viewers.

I strongly advocate for In-house staging and offer one free consult and can refer you to three prime staging contractors.

Working together, we will seek to preserve your credit, establish your homeownership eligibility, and if needed, prepare your home for listing.
