I am a Mortgage Loan Officer committed to finding the solutions that best fits each client’s needs. As a former math teacher I approach each home purchase from a perspective of educating my clients. For new home buyers I always review estimates to make sure the flow of the numbers is understood. For existing clients we coordinate how keeping a current home vs. selling affects the finances. For divorcing clients we exam keeping vs. selling the home from all angles. The bottom line is that together we need to find the best product that allows my clients to feel comfortable with the biggest purchase of their life ~ a new home!
