While my mission as a REALTOR^® is simple —to help my clients, buy and sell real estate—, as a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce Designee my mission is first to help you preserve your credit and your future ability to purchase another house after the divorce is final and second, IF the situation grants it, to become your REALTOR^® and help you move on to the next phase in your life.

Most often than not, the best way to preserve your ability to remain in the house or become a right-size homeowner in the near future is to make the most informed decision regarding the distribution of the real estate assets, and that is where I come in. My role is to guide the project team in gathering all the house documents necessary to paint a complete and objective picture that will allow you to make an informed decision. Frankly, it might not be the one that you thought you wanted, but the numbers do not lie when all of them are considered and correctly evaluated. A small oversight can be very expensive when it comes to your credit and your ability to start over in a house that is adequate for your family’s needs. There are too many a scary stories from divorces past… Let’s avoid becoming one more.
