Renee Friedrich is the Co-Owner and Sales Leader of The Friedrich Real Estate Group brokered by eXp Realty, which is based out of beautiful El Dorado Hills, a suburb of Sacramento, CA. In 2007, right in the midst of Sacramento’s major downturn, Renee joined her husband Maic in the real estate business. Maic had been steadily building his business since 2004 by being active in the community and working within his sphere of influence.
They have continued to grow their real estate practice by focusing on providing outstanding customer service and innovative marketing. Renee and Maic are heavily involved with many non-profit and community focused organizations and believe in donating both their time and money to organizations that are important to them. In 2016, Maic and Renee ventured out from their previous brokerage and opened a satellite office with eXp Realty of California, Inc. which is a cutting-edge, agent-owned cloud brokerage. In their first year with eXp Realty, Maic and Renee were awarded the Icon Agent Award, which is production based coupled with recognizing giving back to the local and agent community. They have continued to earn this award every year since joining eXp Realty.
Renee and Maic have earned many additional accolades over the years for their production and service. They have been nominated by their clients to receive the Five Star Award every year since 2012 placing them in the top 2% of all Realtors, as well as the Outstanding Life Membership award from the Sacramento Association of Realtors Masters Club as well as the Top Achievers Award from the El Dorado County Association of Realtors. In 2019 they were also named one of the Forbes 500 Top Realtors in the United States.
Renee and Maic live in El Dorado Hills, CA with their two boys, Dominik and Alexander. Renee and Maic credit their business with creating many of their friendships that they have been able to forge with clients and other community members. By listening to their clients through the life changes, and sometimes challenges, that require a sale or purchase, they have been able to be the calming force through an emotional and stressful process. Their mission is to make your move as seamless and successful as possible. Maic and Renee serve the Greater Sacramento region including El Dorado, Sacramento, and Placer Counties.
