Shanna moved to Arizona when she married native Arizonan David Day in June of 1983. They bought their first home in Chandler when the roads were all dirt south of Guadalupe and when Chandler Fashion Center mall was a cotton field!

They built their first custom home in 1992 in the citrus groves of NE Mesa and have lived in Mesa ever since raising & marrying off their 5 children and now enjoying the fruits of grandchildren!

With the help of her husband David, they started several Real Estate Investment and Development companies. David invested in Commercial Real Estate while Shanna began building and selling some of the most beautiful luxury homes in the Valley. They developed 2 small subdivisions from the ground up so Real Estate has become what Shanna knows and loves with her whole heart and sole.
