I want to assist couples who are thinking of divorcing and give them a real chance to to make a clean break from their spouse.  Their are lots of moving parts and our team is ready to assist.  One of my passions is locating first time buyer houses and purchasing under budget.  I assist seasoned savvy investors, locate off-market residential/ commercial properties and shovel ready developments!  I frequent 3-5 marketing meetings weekly, sourcing deals/ opportunities for my trusting clients.  I am very active in the community’s I service.  I am a Community Emergency Response Team member class 58 for the city of Irvine.  In North Tustin our team cooks and lends a hand to a Veterans Clean and Sober living home called the Josephine House, connect up on our Facebook page, Josephinehouse.  In Tustin, our group assists the OC1 and OCSTANDDOWN.org’s with quarterly events through out Orange County attending to our homeless Veterans and emergency preparedness efforts.  My favorite fundraiser is the Tustin Chili Cookoff usually the first Sunday in June, biggest one day event for Chili crazy fans like me!  We donate the proceeds to the Boys and Girls Club of Tustin.  It all adds up to, I wanted to be out connecting, advising, cheer leading for my clients.  I have exceptional skills in identifying home purchasing opportunities, volunteering, leading organizations, culinary expertise in large volume events.  I apply my talents to these events to raise awareness and money which I love to do.  I wake up everyday smiling, yearning to learn and giving back in ways I can, I’m a lead from the front type person!  Supporting my community, pitching in to make Tustin a better place to live, well that just makes my day!  Call me for advise or join me in volunteering, it will change you and your neighborhood in ways you could not imagine.
