Growing up in the real estate industry, Sudhir traded playing with toy houses for learning how to sell real ones. He gained this passion from both of his parents that work in the industry. He quickly developed a fascination for what makes each home unique and the story it tells. He loves working with clients to understand their interests and experiences in order to find them the perfect home for their needs. To further hone his skills and understand the factors that go into decision-making, Sudhir attended Loyola Marymount University where he graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing.
He works with both of his parents, Gurmal and Julie Singh. His father has been in the business for over 16 years and his mother has been in the loan business for over 25 years. Both of them have extensive experience that has been passed down to Sudhir. Sudhir uses this to his advantage when he is working with his clients so that they are well educated on the process of buying or selling a house. Sudhir is a Sacramento native and enjoys the city and all that it has to offer. He keeps up-to-date on current events that happen in the real estate market that may affect home-value of properties or land.
