Franklin, TN
I was born in Huntington, West Virginia and now reside in Spring Hill, TN with my husband of 48 years, Bruce Jeffers. We have 2 children, both boys, and 7 grandchildren and have been residents of Spring Hill for 30 years. We, the Jeffers, are active members of Parish Presbyterian Church.
I have worked in real estate since 2000 and currently work for Benchmark Realty, LLC. I have a real estate designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, SRES, which allows me to help seniors with their real estate and transitioning needs. I also have an RCS-D, Real-Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce, designation, which allows me to preserve home ownership eligibility and protect the credit score of both divorcing spouses. I also have a certification from the NADP, National Association of Divorce Professionals, and am one of the founding leaders for the only chapter in the state of Tennessee, Nashville Chapter. This certification allows other professionals and I to work together to help people transition into single life after divorce.
When I am not dealing in real estate, I am very active in the community. I am a board member and advisor for the Spring Hill Orchestra, founding member of the Kiwanis Club of Spring Hill/Thompson’s Station since 2009, member of the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce, Co-Leader for End Slavery TN, end human trafficking, Spring Hill Group. I am on the Board of Directors for Pregnancy Center of Middle TN, Columbia/Spring Hill. I was also appointed by the Mayor of Spring Hill to sit on the Economic Development Commission. In September of 2018, I was voted Woman of the Year for Spring Hill/Thompson’s Station, which will give me a platform to promote the non-profits I am involved in for the upcoming year.
My mission is to live my life as I wish to be remembered.
