Susan is a Midwest transplant, moving to Arizona from Minnesota several years ago. She is thrilled to be out of the cold and living in the constant sunshine, but understands the steep learning curve of moving to the desert if you’re not familiar with things like scorpions, snakes and javalina. She’s also sharpened her skills on understanding how differently homes are constructed and what to look for compared to her snow-bound past.
By background, Susan is a Registered Nurse, who loved helping to bring babies into the world, working in Labor and Delivery before getting into the larger corporate healthcare world. She has worked as an Executive VP of Sales for one of the largest healthcare organizations in the world, where she worked directly with Fortune 500 organizations to bring them healthcare solutions for their employees and continues to use those negotiation skills today to assure her clients get exactly what they’re looking for. She also worked in Executive Sales roles for health/tech startups focused on family health, which is her passion. Susan believes in ALL families, whatever they look like, however they came to be and however they want to share their lives. This is why specializing in divorce real estate became a passion for Susan. Keeping your family and you needs top of mind to help you work through the real estate aspect of a divorce can be overwhelming! Susan is here to assure you don’t step on hidden landmines when you determine what’s in the best interest for your house.
Susan is passionate about real estate AND relationships. She’s a partner to finding the unknown facts necessary to get the best outcome for anyone who’s deciding the best path forward for your house in a divorce.
