Theresa, a long-time resident of Phoenix, has lived for decades in the area of town in which she does real estate. After working with Theresa, many of her clients refer their family members and friends and that is how she has grown her business. Her clients, mostly personal referrals, have sometimes purchased three or more homes using her services.
Her experience as a kindergarten teacher for 25 years lends itself to a unique perspective on what parents need in making informed decisions when it comes to purchasing a home. Theresa possesses the key ingredients necessary when looking for a REALTOR: honesty and perseverance.

After having been a REALTOR® for over 20 years, Theresa just received her designation as a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist- Divorce as of 2019. She trained under Professor Kelly Murray who has degrees from Stanford and Harvard Law School and is currently a professor in a top-20 law school. Theresa decided to take this special training to better serve her clients and is now eager to help them with the knowledge she has gained. In addition, she has a Master’s Degree in professional counseling and a degree in education.
Theresa is a member of the Phoenix Association of REALTORS®.
