Vince was born in Okinawa, Japan and raised in Alice, TX with 4 siblings. As a child, Vince had aspirations of being a Fighter Pilot. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.
Vince was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard.
As the years went by, Vince worked his way thru college and earned his degree in Chemical Engineering. His first job out of school was in the Oil field as a Field engineer. He went on to work for Corning as a Operations manager and when the plant shut down he found himself getting into the sale arena. He started off in Car sales, where he was salesman of the month several times before winning salesman of the year award. He then went on to other sales jobs and went on the be the New business Account manager for a fortune 500 company. Throughout his career, never wavered in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move.
Vince got into the real estate industry 4 years ago when his mom got sick with cancer and he decided to quit his job, sell his house and move 1500 miles away to help his mom with the recovery and help around the house. Once she was cancer free, he started his Real Estate career to help as many families as he could. He has a passion for serving and a desire to be of value. He set out to help 100 families year with their goals of selling, buying or investing in Real Estate. He has become a coach/mentor to newer agents starting in their career.
As his career advanced, Vince found his stride working with Expireds, For sale buy owner, Move up sellers and first time Home buyers. He’s an expert in negotiations, contracts and communications.

Vince lives in Houston, TX with his wife Sylvia and their two dogs Charlie and Chewey. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, tennis, fishing, bowling, reading books and just relaxing having good conversations with friends and family. He is active with his church being on the Pastoral Council, a Life Long Member of Sigma Chi and the membership director for his counsel of Knights of Columbus.
