For nearly two decades, Vivian dedicated herself to shaping young minds as a high school teacher, finding joy in helping students reach their full potential. Transitioning to the real estate sector, her passion for guiding others continues as she now specialize in assisting homeowners with the buying or selling of their homes or providing property management services.
Vivian’s teaching background has equipped her with effective communication skills and the ability to break down complex concepts in explaining real estate to clients. Just as she once guided students towards academic success, she now applies that same patience and dedication to help clients make well-informed decisions about buying or selling their homes. Vivian is committed to understanding individual needs, fostering clarity, and providing value and support to those she encounters.
Vivian is also a mother of two and wife to a wonderful husband. She loves to jog, read, and cook in her spare time. As a graduate of UC Berkeley and UCLA, she also enjoys attending alumni events and is an advocate of STEM education.
